Market Live: Nifty likely to open flat.

The Nifty50 is expected to open flat on Tuesday following Asian markets which were trading mixed as a threat of military action over the attacks on Saudi oil facilities kept investors on the edge. U.S. President Donald Trump has authorized the release of emergency crude stockpiles if needed, which could ease some upward pressure on crude futures, but risks to the outlook abound, said a Reuters report. Spot gold traded a shade higher in Asia at $1,498.60 an ounce while crude oil fell more than 1 percent. Brent crude was down more than 1 percent and was trading around $68 a barrel. The S&P BSE Sensex fell 261 points to 37,123 while the Nifty50 closed 72 points down at 11,003 on Monday.

Global Market:

Asian Markets: Asian markets are lower today as Japanese and Hong Kong shares fall. The Nikkei 225 is off 0.11% while the Hang Seng is down 0.89%. The Shanghai Composite is not trading.
US Markets: North and South American markets finished mixed as of the most recent closing prices. The IPC gained 0.40% and the Bovespa rose 0.17%. The S&P 500 lost 0.31%.
European Markets: European markets finished lower today with shares in France leading the region. The CAC 40 is down 0.94% while Germany’s DAX is off 0.71% and London’s FTSE 100 is lower by 0.63%.

Kaveri Seed board to consider share buyback on Sep 24 The board will consider a proposal for buyback of fully paid-up equity shares of the company on September 24, 2019.

US-China tensions and China’s continued slowdown raise spillover risks to Asia: Moody’s Moody’s says the trade dispute’s spillovers are mainly concentrated on exports of intermediate inputs and capital goods to China through integrated supply chains.

Trend in FII flows:- The FIIs were Net Value of Rs -751.26 segment while the DIIs were Net Value of 308.56 the provisional figures.
